Order and Cancellation Policy

 

At The Wellness Junxion, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Below is our policy regarding orders and cancellations.

 

1.      Placing Orders:  Orders can be placed via our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

 

2.      Order Processing: All orders are processed within two business days. Processing times may vary depending on the availability of products and during peak seasons.

 

3.      Order Cancellation

 

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service at customercare@mytwj.com. Or you can do it by yourself in your dashboard.

 

After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the product in accordance with our return policy (see below).

 

4.      Changes to Orders: Changes to your order can be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, any changes will be treated as a new order and may incur additional charges.

 

Refund Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases from The Wellness Junxion. Below is our refund policy.

 

1.      Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

2.      Non-Refundable Items:

Downloadable software and digital products.

Gift cards and promotional items.

Subscription plans

Opened personal care or beauty products due to hygiene reasons.

 

3.      Return and Refund Process

 

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at customercare@mytwj.com  to initiate a return. Or you can do it by yourself in your dashboard.

Step 2: Ship the product back to us within 1 day of receiving approval.

Step 3: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

4.      Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

5.      Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

6.      Refund Exceptions: Refunds may be denied for items that are returned in a damaged or unsellable condition, not in their original packaging, or past the return window.
